Summary
Filtergram is a Telegram app in development focused on reading channels, groups, forums, and the reading-focus view with less noise. Its main function is to organize reading more effectively and apply local visual filters to the content the user chooses to see.
Telegram account and displayed data
To work, Filtergram needs access to Telegram data that the user authorizes through Telegram’s own authentication flow. This may include account and session information, chat and topic metadata, message content, media previews or avatars, read state, and other information required to present the reading experience.
Local processing and storage
Filter rules and visual hiding decisions are applied to the local presentation of content. Filtergram may store on the device caches, avatars, thumbnails, reading position, hidden topics, filters, settings, and other information needed to launch quickly and recover reading context.
User actions
Hiding or blurring content in Filtergram does not by itself modify the original content on Telegram. If the app offers actions that send information to Telegram, those actions are initiated by the user inside the app.
Purchases and subscriptions
If Filtergram offers in-app purchases or premium subscriptions, payment processing, billing, and purchase restoration are handled by Apple under Apple’s own terms and policies.
Support and diagnostics
The app may generate local diagnostic information to help analyze issues. If the user contacts support and chooses to share that information, it is sent only through an explicit user action.
