Summary
These terms govern your use of Filtergram. By using the app, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and Apple’s applicable terms for purchases and subscriptions. Last updated: April 24, 2026.
What Filtergram is
Filtergram is a Telegram reading app that helps organize channels, groups, forums, and messages with visual filters, local rules, reading position, and premium features. Filtergram is not Telegram, is not affiliated with Telegram, and is not endorsed, operated, or controlled by Telegram.
Telegram account and third-party services
To work, Filtergram depends on Telegram, TDLib, Apple, the App Store, and other third-party services. We do not control their APIs, availability, rules, limits, technical changes, business decisions, or access policies.
If Telegram, TDLib, Apple, or another third party changes, restricts, interrupts, charges for, blocks, or stops providing access to its APIs or services, Filtergram may lose features or stop working in whole or in part. To the extent permitted by law, an interruption or restriction caused by a third party is not a breach by Filtergram and does not by itself create a direct right to a refund from Filtergram.
Subscriptions, free trial, and payments
Filtergram may offer Premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions with a free trial. Price, duration, renewal, billing, cancellation, subscription management, and refund requests are handled by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s policies. You can cancel renewal from your Apple account subscription settings.
Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals, but does not by itself guarantee a refund for periods already paid. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple under Apple’s procedures.
Permitted use
You must use Filtergram lawfully and in compliance with Telegram’s terms, Apple’s terms, and any related service terms. You must not use the app to abuse third-party services, infringe rights, bypass technical restrictions, extract data without authorization, interfere with service security, or perform illegal activity.
Content and reading decisions
Filtergram organizes and presents content from Telegram. We are not responsible for content posted by third parties on Telegram or for decisions you make based on that content. Filtergram does not provide financial, legal, medical, investment, or other professional advice.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or remove Filtergram features to improve the product, comply with legal requirements, or adapt to third-party changes. We will try to keep the experience useful and clear, but we do not guarantee continuous availability, permanent Telegram compatibility, or uninterrupted access to every feature.
App license
The license for the app distributed through the App Store is governed by the Apple Standard EULA, unless a custom EULA is configured in App Store Connect in the future. These terms govern the use of Filtergram’s service and features.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Filtergram is provided as is, and we will not be responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, user decisions, third-party content, or interruptions caused by Telegram, TDLib, Apple, the App Store, or other external services.
